The New Jersey Synod Transformational Ministry Team will be offering yearly training for congregations.  The training is grounded in prayer and Bible study.  Participating congregational teams of pastor and lay leaders gain insights into God’s purpose for the church, develop guiding principles for their ministry, study their context, explore their gifts and assets, learn about change, strategic planning and evaluation. 

Participation in Transformational Ministry Training continues with regular follow up and coaching to assist leaders as they implement congregational transformation in their churches.
