2011 Credit for Small Employer Health Insurance Premium: 8941 Congregation Instructions (updated May 11, 2011) If your congregation is looking for a payroll service to take responsibility for paying staff, payroll taxes and tax filings, the NJ Synod has recently negotiated a reduced fee structure with Paychex for NJ Synod congregations.
