Rostered Leader Forms

Annual Report to the Bishop for Rostered Leaders

 

Steps to successfully completing the report:

  1. Check your email for the fillable form and be sure you have Adobe Reader on your device.

  2. Save and rename the document (Your last name.Your first name) to your computer, laptop, tablet or iPad before you begin completing it. Your work will be lost if you skip this step.   (NOTE: Mac Users) Be sure you are not opening the file in "Preview" or you will be unable to fill in the document electronically)

  3. Complete the document and save your work.

  4. When finished, attach the document in an email and send to LuAnn Barnes (lbarnes@njsynod.org)  or USPS mail to 1930 Highway 33, Hamilton Square, NJ 08690
